What those Chrome warnings actually mean

Chrome shows scary-sounding warnings for every extension. Here's what each one means — and what MiOffice actually does with those permissions.

This permission lets the extension see images, PDFs, and videos on any page — so it can offer right-click processing without downloading first. Without this, the context menu can't access the file on the page. That's literally all it's used for.
