How It Works
Prepare the spreadsheet
Choose up to 10 XLSX, XLS or CSV files, each up to 50 MB. For a wide workbook, open its print preview in your spreadsheet app first: a table that already spills across pages needs a layout check before conversion.
Convert and inspect
Under Page Size, choose a4, letter or legal. The default is a4. Click Convert to create the PDF.
Download each result or choose Download All for several files. With Auto-download enabled, the tool attempts to save the results shortly after processing.
Open the saved PDF and look for each sheet you intended to include. Check the right-hand columns, small text and page breaks, then compare important charts and totals with the workbook.
Check the actual PDF page size
Check the exported PDF’s page dimensions before you print. Your Page Size choice may not be applied on every conversion path. If it comes out at the wrong size, adjust the workbook’s print settings or export from your spreadsheet app.
Questions about Excel to PDF
No. The tool exposes a page-size choice, not an orientation control. Adjust the workbook’s print layout in your spreadsheet app when you need landscape pages.
A PDF presents a fixed view of the spreadsheet; it does not retain a workbook's editable calculation behavior. Check the displayed values and save the original spreadsheet separately if recipients need to change inputs or recalculate results.
